Layaway Plan

*Must make a minimum of a 20% deposit on all orders of $100 or more.

*Payments must be made every 30 days to be applied on total balance.

*If an item is NOT PAID for within the time limites, there will be no refund.

*If an item is sold out before payments are completed, we will issue a store voucher in the total amount paid.

**1st Payment - due within 24 hours after placing order.

**2nd Payment - due not more than 30 days from initial order date.

**3rd Payment - due within 60 days of initial order date.

**4th (final) Payment - not more than 90 days from initial order date.

***Discount - (layaway code) "layaway" - 80% of total will be deducted.

Upon placing your order, Pink Genie Gifts will issue a layaway confirmation which includes:

- order date

-total order amount

-due date for each payment

As each payment is received, you will be sent a payment confirmation which will show:

-Total order amount

-Current Balance - Amounts of payments received

-Date Received

-Balance that is due.

-Due date of payments remaining

*To place a layaway order, choose items you want to purchase, choose a payment option:

-check or money order

-paypal

then place the words "Layaway Order" in comment box of shopping cart.

*If layaway is cancelled during the layaway process, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
